THE SWISHINER WAY
Swishiner is a mechanical installation company based in Dublin, specialising in plumbing, heating, and ventilation work across Dublin and the surrounding areas. We work primarily on project-based contracts, partnering with contractors and main contractors to deliver high-quality mechanical installations across commercial and residential developments.
From first fix through to second fix and final fit-out, we take care of every stage of the installation. Our team plans every job properly from the outset — pipe runs and ductwork are routed neatly, systems are coordinated with other trades, and everything is fitted to a standard that's clean, organised, and built to last.
Our ventilation installations are planned and executed with the same level of care. Ductwork routes, unit positioning, pipework, and service connections are all completed accurately at first fix stage, because we know the quality of the second fix depends on getting the groundwork right. The result is a ventilation system that's efficient, reliable, and finished to a high standard throughout.
Our plant room work reflects the same approach. Every pipe, valve, and component is positioned with purpose and installed with care, resulting in a finish that's fully functional and reflects the kind of workmanship we take pride in.
